Drag Queens in Public? No Way. Take Action to Protect Our Kids

Don’t let Williamson County endanger our children.
It’s time to stand up to the Drag Queens and
radical LGBT activists targeting our children.

This should not be done on public land… especially where children could be present!

The organizers of last year’s “Pride” event promised that the event would align with our local community standards … but they lied.

Last year’s event featured performances by drag queens – grown men pretending to be caricatures of women – dancing erotically while children were present.

That’s in Franklin, not San Francisco.

These sexually charged performances should be confined to private adult-only establishments… far away from impressionable children.

But now they want to bring that adult “entertainment” to public lands in Williamson County.

This is not a Republican or Democrat issue.

It’s about protecting our kids.

As Pastor Steve Berger said in an impassioned speech to the Franklin City Counsel, “Last year’s public debauchery should be this year’s permit denial… Period.”

But Mayor Ken Moore and four other aldermen apparently didn’t get the memo.

As they voted in favor of allowing the radical activists to host their event, Ken Moore said, “If you violate the trust we are placing in you right now, then I will work as hard as I work every single day to make sure that event never happens in Franklin again.”

Problem is, that trust has already been violated… and empty threats have simply emboldend radical activists who want to use public land to promote shockingly inappropriate behavior with children present.

Gay, straight or anything in between, celebrations of sexuality and overtly sexualized performances have no place in our public lands.

It’s time to make your voice heard.

It’s time to stand up for the values you want your community to reflect.
