It’s an illegal giveaway of taxpayer money.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness program for non-Pell Grant and Pell Grant recipients was unconstitutional.

But that didn’t stop Biden’s team of radical socialist bureaucrats in the Department of Education from doing a workaround and coming up with another plan to pay off student loans (and voters) and cost taxpayers billions.

Here are 3 things you should know…

1) Over $5 billion in new student loan forgiveness to be given

The Biden administration announced their new $5 billion student loan forgiveness plan that will help an estimated 80,000 people.

The White House issued a press release explaining the new giveaway as follows:

“Today, my Administration is approving another $4.8 billion in student debt cancellation for 80,300 people. This relief is thanks to my Administration’s efforts to fix Public Service Loan Forgiveness, so teachers, members of the military, nurses, and other public service workers get the relief they have earned.”

2) Billions have already been given away
So far, nearly $51 billion has been provided for 715,000 through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness, $42 billion has been provided for 855,000 borrowers through income-driven repayment, and $11.7 billion has been provided for nearly 513,000 borrowers with disabilities.

In June 2023, the Supreme Court ruled that the Secretary of Education did not have the power to cancel $10,000 in student loan debt for non-Pell Grant recipients and up to $20,000 for Pell Grant recipients.

3) Biden bribes millions of potential voters
The Biden administration is forgiving billions in student debt cancellation that it hopes will result in voters and volunteers.
