Election Results: Here Are 11 Short Summaries of the Key Takeaways Everyone Should Know (Concise Summaries You Will Not See Elsewhere)

If you listen to the media and politicians before the election, there was going to be a red wave.

If you listen to the media and politicians after the election, the conservatives and Republicans are all puzzled why the Republicans did so poorly… But the pro-socialist Democrats are just smiling.

Why?

Because they knew what was happening.

In this election (at the time of this writing), the Republicans will have a small majority in the House. This means if there are a few Republican defections on key issues, bad things will happen. And it means that bad policies that could have been reversed by congress in the next two years will likely not occur.

Worse is the Senate Republicans. They are likely 1 seat short to have a majority, or possibly 1 seat ahead to have a slim majority. This means they will have control, but they needed more Senators to have the influence and power to offset the liberal Republicans McCloskey, Romney, and Collins who could likely vote with the Democrats on core issues.

Elections have consequences.

Unfortunately, the consequences will not be good for you or America.

There was no “red wave”. What can we learn from it?

#1: The Christian vote failed to materialize.

The faith vote this election was painfully predictable and sadly similar to what it has been in the last election.

Instead of increasing evangelicals who voted, it went down slightly — Christians failed to mobilize. They failed to vote.

Despite the hot-button issue of pro-life, and the protection of religious freedom, Evangelical/Born Again Christians for the most part stayed home.

Also, the pastors were mostly silent. Most didn’t motivate their fellowship to vote for their values.

Despite great candidates — Many of them Christians who oppose church lockdowns.

Who stand up for religious liberty and want to stop the federal and state government’s assault on religious freedom…

Pastors and individual Christians were not motivated to go out and vote…

The result: 19% of evangelicals voted Democrat (slightly up from 2020), and 79% voted Republican (slightly down from 2020).

About 24%of the total vote was self-described evangelical/born-again Christians.

#2: The bad news — two more years of the country going in the wrong direction

The best we can hope for is gridlock in congress.

But sadly, with the small numbers of extra Conservative Republicans in the house and U.S. Senate, the more liberal RINO (Republican in Name Only) Republicans will cave.

Radical judicial activists and bureaucrats will continue to be appointed.

The bureaucracy with the DOJ/FBI raids on Conservatives, Christians, and pro-lifers will continue, without the threat of defunding and extensive exposure/investigation.

What could have been will not be.

#3: The bad news, the most radical socialist Democrats were elected.

The winners for the Democrats are the radical socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez-type socialist Democrats who know how to use advanced data to identify their supporters and then an organized Get Out the Vote (GOTV) to mobilize their supporters to campaign for them and vote. When this happens, their opponents are overwhelmed by their organized tactics.

#4: The pro-Socialist/radical Democrat base was ignited and motivated… The Republican leaders laughed and mocked but did little to Get Out the Vote (GOTV).

The Democrats had one core objective across America to use advanced data to identify those who would help/volunteer and vote.

They used several key issues to then profile and identify their audience.

  • Abortion… angry at the Supreme Court decision that women would lose their “right” to abortion.
  • The end of Democracy/January 6 committee narrative, including Joe Biden’s Independence Hall and Capital Hill speeches.
  • Trump/MAGA Republican defining the Republicans as semi-fascists
  • Too extreme for years they’ve used this description to marginalize opponents.

The Republicans laughed at these issues. They mocked the tactic and message.

They couldn’t understand why they would use these messages and not talk about the economy, inflation, jobs, and other issues polling showed people cared about.

Republicans and Conservatives laughed, believing the Socialist Democrats were hungry for truth and reality and would be wiped out… Wrong.

All the Democrats had to do, in the lower turnout midterm was to motivate their base more than the Republicans… They did this through a well-organized voter data collection and aggressive GOTV, and it worked. Their base came out in record numbers.

For example, by everyone’s account, John Fetterman should have lost but he claims, as well as the data shows, that even in conservative/Republican districts his community organizers turned out the vote. The Republicans did not.

In fact, in every race where the underdog Republican won, they had a better GOTV effort and better data than the Democrats. The problem is that the Democrats are ahead of the Republicans by 10 to 15 years in strategy and tactics.

First, they got 70% of their base to vote early, whereas only 20% of Republicans did.

Then they ignored “red” or “blue” districts and just concentrated on their identified supporters — getting out more voters than the Republicans with their door-to-door campaign.

All their efforts were supported by a massive phone/texting campaign for their volunteers and paid staff in the state and nationwide.

They built their data and relationship first. Then they used this to maximize voter turnout.

Sixteen Democrats also needed to find “persuadable” independent voters who believed in one or more of their key issues, such as abortion… And they did a great job. They did this by identifying early in the campaign.

The Democrat socialists were able to dramatically outperform Republicans, bringing their base out, and finding voters who either would not have normally voted or Independents who could have voted Republican, but instead voted Democrat.

#5: The good news — Florida.

Florida was the exception for the election.

It is because they have an exceptional governor.

Governor Ron DeSantis was able to articulate his position.

He stood up for pro-life. He stood against the wokeness of Disney and other corporations… He stood up for freedom.

He was a champion for opening the state, despite the insistence of the medical bureaucracies, to lockdown.

He was for opening the schools, against the CDC mandates and teachers union’s demands.

But more than that, he and the Republicans in Florida organized a systematic well-executed voter registration and trust-building relationship campaign early. They built a voter identity program to help in mobilizing a great GOTV campaign as never before happened in Florida.

For example, they had a massive, organized outreach to the Hispanic community that had never been done before.

Coffees, potlucks, community meetings, registration drives, Spanish radio, and digital media… A total outreach.

All these were something that was purposely consciously tied to registering data collection and then getting out the vote (GOTV).

It was powerful and successful.

And Ron DeSantis was even able to turn the Miami-Dade County area all red — Which nobody expected because DeSantis won the Hispanic vote.

#6: The Democrats are happy, happy, happy — and laughing.

The Democrats are so excited because they understood people were upset with Biden and the direction of the country. They understood how bad the economy was, with inflation increasing the price of gas, food, and everything else.

They understood that they would probably lose the midterms, based on the large losses, any incumbent experiences in a midterm.

And yet they were able to stop the “red wave”.

They are feeling very victorious and motivated to continue their transformation of our culture and politics away from the Constitution and toward socialism.

They are motivated to see our economy continue to head downward, as government grows and the individual shrinks.

And they are motivated to win in 2024.

#7: My favorite wins:

There were some great wins that will help Republicans in the future.

Governor races, congressional races, school boards, state senate, and assemblies all had some great candidates win.

Senator Tim Scott won reelection by almost 60% in South Carolina. Tim would be a great vice-presidential candidate and of course, Ron DeSantis has set himself up for a bright future.
And Senator Rand Paul, Senator Johnson, and some governors and new leaders like Senator Eric Schmidt, will have large platforms to advocate truth and freedom.

Republicans will steal the election in 2024.

#8: Will Biden change his radical policies because of the election?

No, Biden will not change. Even if there were a “red tsunami”, Biden would not change. Why? Biden’s ideological staff and bureaucracies are driven to transform everything in America into a secular, socialist wasteland.

Biden will not change. He will not compromise. He is no Bill Clinton.

#9: Google/Facebook Joined with the biased mainstream media and hid the truth from potential voters.

Google and Facebook censored emails, and searches.

Big Tech silenced opposition.

The biased mainstream media was no better, running stories that prevented people from getting the full picture… only a biased and distorted view.

A huge portion of the American public is operating in a distorted reality.

#10: New election integrity laws worked but more must be done.

Election integrity is critical.

The one thing the GOP got right was that they had an army of lawyers and helped organize an army of poll watchers throughout the U.S., to make sure the election was more honest.

And it worked.

But many states still have ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is not fraud, but it leads to fraud and must be stopped. For example, Governor DeSantis before the election set up a unit for election integrity. Part of that was stopping ballot harvesting that had been going on in the greater Orlando area for years.

It is essential that there be reform before 2024.

#11: The power of the voter guide:

Our voter guides did extremely well in this election.

Thanks to all who shared the website information and got others to use it.

And thanks to all who contributed to making it possible.

Now, as we prepare for 2024, will you help us be able to increase the number of people seeing the voter guide?

We can have a greater impact on the upcoming election. With your help.

We can get some great candidates to win.

We already have a tremendous impact on the judges and local races, where we’re able to cover the candidates.

If we’re able to increase our number of users, we’ll have an increase in the influence that will change major elections.

  1. Your voting guide was extremely helpful and saved a lot of time. I have quite a few people who count on me for their voting so it went a long way! Thanks for all you do.

  2. I am so pissed of at the Christian Pastors and uniformed Christian in general. This election absolutely failed to mobilize voters to vote Christian values and morals.

The revival that is needed in this country isn’t happening. God will turn his back on the United States unless believers quit being passive and accepting of the WOKERS agenda.

  3. As a strong Christian I can not understand HOW all these so called “pastors” don’t encourage their congregations to vote as GOD would have them vote…FOR allowing His creations LIVE…to , if nothing else, prove that GOD does NOT make mistakes when He creates!!! There is a lesson from this election and the people who didn’t vote or voted for destroying parts of this country need to step UP and do MUCH, MUCH BETTER for the 2024 election. Let this lesson be learned LOUD and CLEAR! The next generations – our children, grand children, great-grand children and their peers MUST have a decent country in which to live!!! The pastors, parents, teachers, professors and friends let us ALL down by keeping the status quo…more biden & his goonies…MAY this election WAKE UP MANY!!!

  4. I am so sad that many Christians and Republicans did not make an effort to vote in this election. I was hoping and praying that people in general would wake up to all the lunatic changes in our government.
    I guess not!

  5. After giving our pastor information regarding Prop 1 in CA, he did mention it, and agreed to announce that there were voter registration forms available, which I provided, but he wasn’t sufficiently strong in his delivery about the election. I provided a flyer showing the difference between Democrats and Republicans, but he didn’t use it, so all in all I was very disappointed in him.

When I heard that voters coming out of the polls expressed, by 70%, their dissatisfaction with the current administration, yet they voted for Democrats, I knew that massive election fraud had taken place. Over and over I heard from Democrats that they were voting Republican this year and that doesn’t square with what happened. Democrats got away with in in 2020 so why wouldn’t they do it again? It’s disgusting!

    1. I am sorry to hear about your pastor Pat. My suggestion to you is to leave your church. Pastors need to be made aware how strongly some of us feel on this issue and I for one will not attend a church where the pastor does not take a stand for righteousness!

    2. My thoughts exactly, Pat! The election results don’t square with voter testimony before hand. No one was held accountable for the 2020 steal.

  6. The Commiecrats (as that is what is most of their party has become) holding their own is indeed dismaying. But an important question must be asked: What would a Republican Congress actually DO, proactively, rather than just oppose the Demunists?

Remember the great sweep of 1994? It was disgust at the initial leftward tilt of Bill Clinton, true, but Newt Gingrich and company also had a “Contract With America”, a set of specific policy proposals. And of course, Gingrich was demonized by the Marxist Media. But much of it actually did get implemented, signed into law by none other than Bill Clinton, who never lacked for chutzpah and skill in tacking with the political winds and who cleverly took credit for it, from welfare reform to toughness on crime, which the Obamunist faction in the Commiecerat Party have since undone.

But who in the GOP in Congress will be able to withstand the Leftist Smear Machine media and actually move forth on specific policy proposals? Not Senator McConnell or future Speaker McCarthy, that is for sure. And the Trumpist wave of Republicans who have survived are not ready for prime-time political fights yet. And even when the Republicans had a good legislative majority in 2017-2018, they did almost nothing. They had no effective repeal of Obamunist “health care” and no solid replacement for it that would actually have brought health care costs down, to cite just one glaring example. And no, offering up another tax cut will not be enough – that low hanging fruit has long since been picked off of the tree.

Trump reached out to the (certainly not solely, but chiefly) White Working Class that the Commiecrats purported to represent but actively now hate. But specific policy proposals for working class families, incentivizing them to save and invest for themselves more as well as bringing down their costs of living, are needed.

  7. Greatly sad about the election results for California and throughout our country. Some of us insisted that our pastors be more vocal, especially on the issue of protecting the unborn. We were praying, and holding numerous public rallies which I believe the media did not cover. No surprise there. Some people live in total ignorance of the ways of the Almighty. We will continue our prayers and hold public rallies for their conversion. Today Sunday, the first reading was Malachi 3:19 Lo, the day is coming, blazing like an oven when all the proud and all evildoers will be stubble, and the day this is coming will set them on fire, leaving them neither root nor branch, says the Lord of hosts. Thank you, Craig, for the voting guide, very helpful.

  8. I’m a strong conservative, proud American. I am a former pastor and now serving as a workplace chaplain. I see a lot of Pastor bashing in the comments. Some church bashing. I find that sad. Should pastors be more bold, sure. Have they or someone else raised “you” up to “go” out and love others and share the gospel message? Are you? are you discipling at least one other or are you just bashing and hoping your pastor and the church staff disciples the people? The problem with America is a heart issue. Salvation changes hearts. Then you teach them the Word and God uses it to know Him and and his ways. I believe most bold christians that care about voting are doing a little educating of those that vote in opposition to them, but mostly bashing the opposition on social media and actually thinking that will sway them or at least sway fellow christians that might be voting the wrong way! People entering churches come from the world and from public school systems and universities that pound this garbage into their heads. So how many of you have kids in that system? How many feel called to stay in that system by God to make a difference? How many of you are working to make schools that teach what is pleasing to the Lord? How many of you are working to get your tax dollars freed up to spend on the school of your choice for kids? Revival starts with you first. Are trying to save America your way or God’s way? Are you praying and fasting for direction and for Him to do what you/we can’t do? Are you praying for your pastor and church? Are you running or facilitating your own bible study group? Sunday School class?
before you bash me, remember, I’m on your side, but as a pastor that answered the call later in life, one thing God taught me. Love those who come into your church. Value and accept them and make way for God the Holy Spirit to do what He does best. Save and change souls. Then speak & preach the truth in love.
