1. Super Tuesday: The Election is Settled… Or is it?The Presidential race between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was secured for both candidates on Super Tuesday.Nikki Haley has dropped out, and Joe Biden has locked down the delegates.

   The only change that could occur for either Biden or Trump would be a change by the delegates at the convention.

   I have dropped my probability that the Chicago Democratic convention will accept a “surprise” announcement that Joe Biden is not running for president, from 70% to 60%.

   Much has been made about Michelle Obama running for president, taking Biden’s place, but her people say she has no interest in running—That means nothing.

   Just as Gavin Newsom’s actions show he has expectations to run for president or be nominated as Vice President.

   So, the drama with the Democrats continues.

2. California Crazy: Perfecting the Art of Deceit (Part III)

I just returned from California and have reviewed the marketing of the California US Senate candidates.

This is something you probably won’t hear about in the traditional media, but it impacted the California election.

The Democrat establishment was shocked, shaken, and dismayed that a Republican actually came in number 2 in the California U.S. Senate race.

Radical Congressman Adam Schiff was defeated by L.A. Dodgers superstar and hero Steve Garvey, the Republican candidate.

In California, they have tiered voting. That means it’s the top 2 vote-getters, not who’s a Republican or Democrat that faces the runoff in November.

Adam Schiff spent over $40 million dollars.

Radical Congresswoman Katie Porter spent over $30 million.

Barbara Lee spent close to $10 million…

And Steve Garvey spent even less than Lee.

Everyone expected it would be a race between Adam Schiff and Katie Porter… Until Steve Garvey came along and shocked the entire Democrat establishment and media.

How did this happen?

Today’s politics has become the art of deceit.

So, what was Katie Porter doing?

She was pouring millions of dollars into promoting Republican Eric Early, a moderate conservative perennial candidate who had less than 3% in the polls—That’s right, she supported a Republican who had no chance at winning but would take votes away from Steve Garvey… So, she could be number 2.

And what was Adam Schiff doing?

He has a slightly different strategy…

Schiff spent even more money, turning Garvey into a conservative hero. Schiff made TV commercials, digital ads, and sent out direct mail about Garvey, painting him as the conservative MAGA supporter instead of the more “moderate” conservative he is, to boost the GOP candidate and former Dodger all-star.

This type of unusual guerilla marketing has happened in California for the last 20 years—but this year, the ad dollars have ramped up from a few thousand to millions of dollars.

This is not just a California phenomenon is not just confined to California. It’s happening in other states, Red and Blue, where the Democrats try to manipulate the Republican message and vote to their advantage.

So, beware of what you hear, see, and how you vote.

It’s not always as it seems.

The final results:

• Adam Schiff got 33.2%
• Steve Garvey got 32.4%
• Democrat Katie Porter, who was supposed to be number two, got 13.8%
• Congresswoman Barbara Lee got 7.4%
• Republican Eric Early, who received marketing support from Katie Porter, got 3.6%

2. Biden: Donations Skyrocketing Past Trump

President Joe Biden raised $42 million in January. Biden’s reelection effort now has $130 million.

At the end of 2023, the Republican National Committee had $8 million in cash.

The Trump campaign had $33 million cash in hand. Trump’s presidential campaign raised $19 million throughout the fourth quarter of 2023.

Over those three months, at least $60,000 went to pay Trump’s legal fees.

Over the past year, the former president’s fundraising coalition paid more than $50 million in legal costs.

3. Ballot Harvesting Lawsuit

Landmark Legal Foundation and EIPCA have filed an Amicus Brief with the United States Supreme Court on behalf of Arizona’s effort to protect and retain its anti-ballot harvesting law.

The brief included EIPCa’s evidence that ballot harvesting is dangerous for vulnerable populations such as senior citizens, non-citizens, young adults, etc.

The Supreme Court has already ruled 6 to 3 in favor of Arizona due to the evidence EIPCa provided in the brief.

But radical groups are attempting “Work-a-rounds.”

4. California First: Transgender Election Polling Center

California is often the first.

What starts in California spreads nationwide.

On Super Tuesday, in Los Angeles County, what is the state’s Democratic majority excited about and celebrating? They have the nation’s first “transgender voting center.”
