There is a war against Christians going on in America… A war that is skyrocketing… A war that is rarely reported by any media.

Not only have Christians been targeted, harassed, and arrested by a weaponized FBI and DOJ, but destructive acts of vandalism against churches and Christian-run organizations have risen.

Between 2018 and 2023, there have been over 900 acts of hostility against churches, including vandalism, arson, gun-related incidents, bomb threats, and more.

I recently was with Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council (FRC), where he outlined this disturbing trend of increased violence.

The FRC has been tracking 436 incidents in 2023 alone—more than double the number identified in 2022 and more than eight times the number identified in 2018.

Just in 2023:

• 53 acts of vandalism
• 10 arson attacks or attempts
• 3 gun-related incidents
• 3 bomb threats
• and 2 other incidents, such as assault.
• California had the most incidents, with 33.

Tony Perkins, FRC president and former chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, said:

“There is a common connection between the growing religious persecution abroad and the rapidly increasing hostility toward churches here at home: our government’s policies. The indifference abroad to the fundamental freedom of religion is rivaled only by the increasing antagonism toward the moral absolutes taught by Bible-believing churches here in the U.S., which is fomenting this environment of hostility toward churches.”

There is also a disturbing double standard of justice when comes to attacks on Christians.

The Biden administration has established that religious freedom and pursuing violent offenders against it are “not a priority.”

Biden’s FBI spied on Catholics, labeling them and other Christians “domestic extremists.”

Biden’s FBI has raided the homes of Christians who prayed outside abortion clinics, and his DOJ has prosecuted them.

The radical socialist/Marxists in local and state governments have proposed bills in multiple states that would require priests to break the seal of confession and the proposed Equality Act.

These bills would also pull public funding from Catholic and Christian-based hospitals that refuse to perform abortions or sex reassignment surgeries.

“The church is not encroaching on the government; it’s the government encroaching on the churches, and it’s coming most viciously from the Biden administration. I’ve never seen a more anti-Catholic administration in my life,” said Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League.

This uptick in violence and the weaponization of government against Christians is a serious threat to Christians who want to freely practice their faith, free from threats, violence, or even government.

Action Steps

1) Pray for the churches in your area and nationwide.

2) We must stop the Deep State bureaucracy by changing the presidency and Congress.

3) Make sure your church has a security plan.
