A team of 30 FBI agents raided your home and pointed guns at your wife and 7 children.

That’s just what happened to Houck for “assaulting” a Planned Parenthood escort.

Here are 7 things you should know:

#1: Houck was arrested because of a minor incident that happened last October.

According to a report from local authorities, Houck was outside an abortion clinic, with his 12-year-old son, sidewalk counseling as he does every Wednesday.

When a Planned Parenthood escort saw Houck, he became enraged and confronted the preacher, yelling obscenities at him, and threatening Hauck and his son.

The Planned Parenthood escort was getting overly agitated and decided to get physical with Houck’s son. That’s when Houck stepped in, got between them, and pushed the man, who stumbled to the ground. At that point, the police showed up and determined that the incident didn’t warrant any arrests.

However, the Planned Parenthood escort wasn’t satisfied and filed a lawsuit against Houck, which was tossed out of court.

#2: Biden’s politicized DOJ and FBI jumped on the case.

The DOJ/FBI issued a warrant for Houck’s arrest under what is called the FACE Act. According to the DOJ, the act of pushing an abortion clinic worker is a violation of the FACE Act, because the victim was “targeted” because of his affiliation with the abortion clinic.

#3: What is the FACE Act?

The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) act, is a little-known, obscure law, that makes it a federal crime to use force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to prevent individuals from obtaining or providing reproductive health care services [abortions].

The bill was signed into law by President Bill Clinton in 1994, and “prohibits the use of physical force, threat of physical force or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person who is obtaining an abortion, or any person who is exercising or trying to exercise their First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship or the intentional damage or destruction of a reproductive health care facility or a place of worship.”

#4: The problem is Houck didn’t commit a crime.

Not according to local police.

Not according to a state judge.

Not according to the FACE act.

#5: Houck didn’t stop anyone from entering the clinic

Houck never used force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to prevent any individuals from obtaining or providing reproductive health care services.

He used “force” to protect his son from an adult who was putting his hands on his 12-year-old son. It wasn’t considered a crime by anyone but Biden’s weaponized DOJ/FBI.

The Planned Parenthood escort was free to return to work at any time. No one was “obstructing” him from doing so.

#6: What Biden’s politicized and weaponized DOJ/FBI is doing is wrong.

Biden has declared half of the country “domestic terrorists” and “a danger to the country and democracy”.Anyone who doesn’t agree with the administration and its policies is considered enemies of the state.

This isn’t supposed to happen in America.

It’s outrageous and goes against everything this country was founded on.

#7: Biden, the DOJ and FBI have broken their oath to uphold the Constitution.

Biden, Congress, and every government official take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. Their actions have broken their oath and have completely destroyed the Constitution.

The only way to stop them is to vote them out of office.

That’s why voting this November in the midterm elections is critical.
