I’ve spoken at churches and conferences to thousands of evangelical Hispanic voters and over 500 Hispanic evangelical pastors.
And here are 7 things I have learned…
1) The Hispanic evangelical voter— how they can swing the 2024 election
The Hispanic evangelical voter is one of the most powerful new voting blocks that vote over 80% conservative.
I’ve gone from church to church talking about what a Christian worldview is and how to vote for, not against, your values.
Many times, those who invited me to speak to their church or the pastors have been nervous about the reaction of their fellowship, which are mostly registered Democrats or Independents.
But what we quickly learned, many of them understand the key issues of today’s epic battle:
- The battle for life of unborn babies
- The importance of religious freedom
- The need for policies that promote family and entrepreneurship
- The immorality of inflation caused by government overspending
- Israel
- The persecuted church
- School choice and parental rights
- crime
And although many hate Trump’s rhetoric or choice of words, they are strong supporters of border security… and opposed to the invasion that’s happening today.
According to a New York Times and Siena College poll, Trump holds a six-point lead over President Biden among evangelical Latinos.
“Evangelical Latinos this year are going to vote like no other year,” Rev. Samuel Rodríguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference.
The poll results show the top 5 issues concerning Latino Evangelicals in the November election are:
- National security
- The economy
- Parental rights
- Freedom of religion
- Abortion
These are the biggest reasons Hispanic Evangelicals are mobilizing toward Trump and the Republicans.
2) Hispanic pastors
My wife and I stood before several groups of Hispanic pastors and spoke about the elections—One group had over 300 pastors.
Many of these pastors speak only to Hispanic congregations in Spanish, while others split services.
My wife and I don’t speak Spanish, so we needed interpreters.
One of the Hispanic pastors we met is nearly 100% conservative and believes in a biblical worldview. Yet their knowledge and understanding of American history is limited—but they are as pro-American as possible.
They want Hispanic citizens to vote… vote conservative, and use their voices in their community.
3) The Hispanic community listens to Spanish-speaking TV, Radio, and podcasts
The Spanish-speaking community loves watching and listening to Spanish radio and TV. Univision, Telemundo, and other broadcast outlets are pro-Democrat and pro-socialist.
But Spanish radio is just the opposite—And Spanish programming is booming with loyal listeners.
I was interviewed on a major Spanish radio network by a Hispanic pastor who integrated his faith with politics on his show… he has hundreds of thousands of listeners—The interview was a little difficult because we needed an interpreter, but things went smoothly.
According to 2020 Census data, 62.1 million Hispanics live in the United States. Hispanics represent roughly 18.9% of the U.S. population and are the nation’s second-largest racial or ethnic group after non-Hispanic whites.
Needless to say, Hispanic media is growing. For example:
There are roughly 558 Latino news media outlets in the U.S.
The two biggest are Univision and Telemundo, which have a combined total of 136 TV stations, but they push a radical left agenda.
There are 244 Hispanic newspapers and 32 magazines—many are conservative. The largest newspapers are ImpreMedia, serving New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Longwood, Florida; Mundo Hispánico, an Atlanta-based local newspaper and several digital publications; and the 22 Spanish-language newspapers owned by English-language newspaper companies.
The U.S. has hundreds of Spanish-language radio stations, but most do not produce news content. Only 37 radio stations produce news content for Latino communities. Most are small and owned by Latino community members.
Latino podcast listeners grew four times faster than U.S. listeners. Today, 38% of Latinos in the U.S. (17 million) listened to a podcast last month, compared to 42% of the U.S. total population.
Three social media platforms are the most popular among Hispanics: YouTube (86%), Facebook (66%), and Instagram (58%).
The conservative pastors and conservative Hispanic leaders have a powerful and influential voice.
4) The radical left’s attempt to control Hispanic TV and radio
Radical Democrat socialist billionaire George Soros’ Soros Fund Management has become the largest shareholder in Audacy, Inc., the third largest radio company in the U.S., and owner of 235 radio stations across 48 media markets, months before the 2024 election.
Soros Fund Management also acquired Vice News in 2023 and 18 Hispanic radio stations in 2022.
We warned that Soros was “trying to silence conservative and Christian Spanish voices.” Soros is buying these stations to influence public opinion, censor and silence conservatives and Christians, and spread disinformation in the months leading up to the 2024 presidential election.
5) Democrats are spending millions to mobilize Hispanic votes
Soros NGO Open Society Foundations gives roughly $1.5 billion annually to radical socialist liberal causes.
The Latino advocacy group that operates Somos PAC, a liberal nonprofit, and its political action committee have announced plans to spend $57 million to turn out Latino voters.
Another $33 million will go to mobilizing Latino voters to support Biden, as well as Democratic House and Senate candidates in eight states:
- Arizona
- Georgia
- Michigan
- Nevada
- North Carolina
- Pennsylvania
- Texas
- Wisconsin
All except Texas are swing states but are working to flip Texas with the Hispanic vote.
The money will also fund grassroots, get-out-the-vote, door-knocking campaigns, and community organizing in the Hispanic communities in each of those states. Its nonprofit will spend another $24 million to expand nonpartisan voter education programs, which include help in registration and information about voting and the election.
This is just a small example of Democrat, radical socialist nonprofit groups and community organizers.
They gather voter data, build relationships, and have specific ideological messaging to secure a voting bloc.
It’s this effect that is often behind illegally registering non-citizens.
6) How the Biden Deep State is helping register voters
During a recent interview with a Spanish radio station, President Biden referred to illegal aliens as “Hispanic voters.”
With that one remark, Biden exposed the motivation behind his open border policy. It’s about growing Democrat voters for the 2024 election… and beyond.
In 2021, President Biden signed an executive order directing agencies to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote.” This EO opened the floodgates for government bureaucracies to use their funding and resources to register illegal immigrants to vote.
Biden’s Executive Order (order # 14019) allows for the “soliciting and facilitating approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations and state officials to provide voter registration services on agency premises.”
“Our concern has been exacerbated by the continued lack of transparency from federal agencies and the White House regarding the implementation of this executive order,” House GOP lawmakers wrote in a letter to Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young.
The Republican group expressed concerns “about the lack of constitutional and statutory authority for federal agencies to engage in any activity outside the agency’s authorized mission.”
Biden is using executive orders and the federal government’s vast array of bureaucracies to register and mobilize voters who are likely to support his re-election, including illegal border crossers using taxpayer’s money.
For example:
- The Department of Health and Human Services sends voter registration information to every enrollee at Healthcare.gov.
- The Social Security Administration is posting voter registration signs in the lobbies of its 1,200-plus offices nationwide.
- The Department of the Interior posts voter registration signs in visitor centers and entrances to national parks, wildlife refuges, and other federal public lands.
- The federal work-study program pays college students to register voters.
- The Department of Education is also funding “get-out-the-vote initiatives.
- The Department of Agriculture requires states to include voter registration information, including a “quick guide to voting,” in child nutrition programs.
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development has promised to work with more than 3,000 public housing authorities to register voters.
- HUD is also working to expand voting among homeless people.
- The Department of Motor Vehicles registers illegals who are getting a driver’s license unless they check off a box indicating that they are not citizens. However, many don’t check off the box out of fear.
In addition to these government bureaucracies, hundreds of non-government organizations (NGOs) register illegals to vote, sending community organizers into their neighborhoods to register voters through ballot harvesting.
Even blue states and cities like New York, Boston, DC, Connecticut, and others are giving out work authorizations. They allow anyone with a work authorization who has been in the city/state for 30 days to vote, even if that person entered the country illegally—all thanks to Biden fast-tracking work authorizations for border crossers.

7) What should be done with the Hispanic evangelical voter?
Latinos are the biggest and fastest-growing segment of legal citizen voters, increasing to 36.2 million this year—that’s 1 in 10 voters.
The conservative Hispanic American Principles Project is one of several organizations working on a strategy to attract Latino voters this year.
Sadly, the GOP is losing ground with this powerful voting group by not putting resources into Spanish publications, radio and TV, podcasts, and community organizations.
Roughly 10 million Hispanics identify as evangelical, and they are a strong conservative bloc of voters.
“More Hispanic evangelicals are involved in the elections than ever before,” said evangelical Pastor Samuel Rodríguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). The NHCLC is one of the largest Hispanic Christian organizations worldwide, with over 40,000 churches in the United States alone.
Rodríguez said that the U.S. was “founded under a Judeo-Christian platform.” He said, “Without Christianity, there is only anarchy, chaos, and darkness. That is why he believes that many Christian Latinos no longer support the Democratic Party, particularly for defending abortion.
The Democrats have moved away from God with their antifamily, pro-abortion platform… “Let them continue with that strategy to see if it works for them,” he said.
Our voter guide was in Spanish in 2018. Unfortunately, we don’t have the necessary resources to translate it this year.
What is key is educating Hispanic evangelical voters and pastors.
It could be the major voting bloc for the 2024 election.
